Common website problems and how to fix them

Fixes that apply whatever your site is built with.

• Website not working on iPhone Safari but works in Chrome

Buttons, forms or whole pages fail on iPhone Safari but work in Chrome and on Android? Find the script error, overlay or touch issue behind it.

• SSL is installed but my website still says “Not secure”

Certificate is installed but the browser still says Not secure? Check the certificate’s hostname and chain, the http to https redirect and insecure assets.
