Webflow problems and how to fix them

Fixes for Webflow sites with broken forms, interactions and responsive layouts.

• Webflow form: “Oops! Something went wrong while submitting the form”

Webflow form shows “Oops! Something went wrong while submitting the form”? Check reCAPTCHA, plan limits, hosting and custom actions in that order.

• Webflow mobile menu not opening

Webflow hamburger missing, not opening or not closing after a section link on tablet and phone? Check the Navbar, conflicting interactions and z-index.

• Webflow site scrolls sideways on mobile

Webflow site drags sideways on phones and shows white space on the right? Find the element that is too wide and clip it with overflow hidden.

• Webflow interactions not working on the published site

Webflow animations play in preview but not on the live site, or content stays invisible on phones? Check triggers, breakpoints and custom code errors.
